Position Purpose:
We seek an enthusiastic and technically skilled IT security architect that can take a central place in establishing a strong information security culture for TSS’ services and systems, in collaboration with Group Units and Business Units. The IT security architect will contribute to TSS’ long term information security strategy and participate in setting the standard for IT security in the line organization and projects in collaboration with Telenor Group, Telenor Business Units, vendors and external partners. TSS uses IT solution from a wide range of IT vendors, including Microsoft, Oracle, Juniper, as well as cloud vendors. Understanding the Telenor business, how Telenor reaches business goals and how information security plays a vital part for Telenor to reach the goals will be key for the success of the IT Security Architect.

IT Security Architect Key Responsibilities:
The IT Security Architect will take a central place in evaluating and architecting information security in TSS’ service portfolio. The role will have the following responsibilities:
Guide, measure and set security standard for information security in the TSS organization
Responsibility for IT security architecture in TSS’ projects when designing and developing new IT-solutions
Guide and set standard for IT security in TSS in sourcing activities
Document technical information security requirements, solution design, and information security policies and procedures
Guide and set standard for information security in Telenor Group industrialization activity in collaboration with Telenor Group and Telenor Business Units
Qualifications:
The IT security architect should have a strong background in information security with both technical and functional experience. The basic requirements for the position are:
College/University (Master’s degree) in computer science/ information security or equivalent. Relevant work experience can compensate for formal education requirements.
Proven expertise within information security with more than 5 years’ experience
Proven experience within the area of software engineering and/or IT service management
Project experience and formal training in information security
Strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency
Experience from using ISO27001/2
Knowledge of technical information security, including network security zone models and security monitoring
The following qualifications will be considered an advantage:
Certifications like CISSP and ISACA (CISA/CIRT) and/or IT architecture/ software engineering is preferable
Experience with Oracle EBS Financials and/or Microsoft Sharepoint and Lync
Experience with Oracle SOA and IAM middleware
Experience with wide area networking (in particular wan optimization and monitoring)
TOGAF or other architecture certifications
