Plan and execute employer branding initiatives to build and sustain a strong employer brand

Monitor recruitment related KPIs and take measures to ensure that they are consistently met

Work closely with functional business partners for effectively catering to recruitment needs of the company

Negotiate with potential applicants to sell Mobilink and ensure that their compensation is aligned with the overall compensation philosophy

Manage Mobilinks social media foot print (Mobilink Careers) and ensure its alignment with the employer branding strategy
