JOB PURPOSE

NATURE & SCOPE
The job holder reports directly to the Head Sales & Marketing. His/her areas of concern and accountability will be the various projects currently being developed by the company.

The job holder has a good deal of freedom to operate pro-actively by effectively leading and managing the sales and selling activities of the various projects at his/her base, which will usually be on a project site. This includes the effective administration of the sales teams in order to achieve agreed sales targets.
The job holder will develop sales strategies and plans in association with the Head Sales & Marketing and will be expected to provide continuous feedback so that the marketing plans can be developed and devised by the latter to suit market conditions. He/she will monitor the marketing strategies and where appropriate, recommend changes to management.
In his/her overall responsibility for sales administration by managing Sales Launches, sales promotions, with the provision of complete models, developing sales teams and sales aids; sales dealership and distribution network (comprising Real Estate Consutants), franchising, , market research, leads and customers data as per company policy and business plans. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop short and long-term sales budgets, plans and strategies, in association with the Head Sales & Marketing which will provide for the realization of the Company’s established sales objectives.

Keep abreast of business developments, monitor market needs as a basis for planning and recommending change on related strategies, improvement, diversification and customer preferences in order to stay ahead of competition.
Controls expenses to meet sales budget guidelines.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Should be well versed with ERP systems and sales computer applications to maximize sales operational efficiency and effectiveness
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (COMPETENCIES REQUIRED)
A business graduate with demonstrable sales track-record in selling luxury / high-value/ high-end products or services
Work experience with top Real Estate, Wealth Management, Leisure & Luxury brands is a plus Should be regarded among top-5% of salesmen with at least 10 years of solid experience
