Required Experience:3 Years – 5 Years(Proven experience in Talent Acquisition)
Screening, conducting interviews, tests, other assessment and Selecting short-listed candidates for i2c/ Innovative.
Drafting of job descriptions and identifying core competencies required for the existing & vacant positions
Conducts Recruitment data analysis to identify patterns of recruitment problems, and to review trends for objective assessment of Recruitment & Selection function and standard practices
Processing screened batches by either forwarding to relevant manager(s) for shortlisting or discussing each screened resume with nominated engineering resource persons or for interview scheduling
Participation and coordination in HR Talent Hunt Program.
Place job postings at career portals, placement centers, etc.
Maintain close liaison with engineering managers & interview panels to facilitate in conducting interviews and retrieve interview evaluations
Plan, organize,and coordinate in employee engagement activities such as sports events, special occasion events, celebrations, excursion trips in coordination with Admin and relevant event committee
Work in coordination with communications and design departments in developing & updating HR branding materials for outreach program.
Prepare i2c monthly review report
Supervise, review & submit i2c Monthly Hiring by Recruitment Source Report
Supervise i2c Employee Requisition Log on regular basis
Yield Analysis report
Other reports as and when required
Introduce recruitment strategies to ensure fast and efficient pace recruitment.
Maintenance of employee database and other relevant records for Panama and US.
Participate in administering appraisal processes on Halogen and address relevant queries during appraisal appraisal process in particular
Participate in delivering trainings on Halogen and appraisal process to new hires and refreshers to current team members before start of Appraisals.
Conducts or facilitates in conducting employee surveys and market surveys for gauging employee satisfaction, opinions and for benchmarking HR practices.
Designs and organizes internal and external HR events.
Strives to maintain excellent employee relations, a healthy work culture and environment
Experience & Education
Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition
Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) particularly in English
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Positive attitude and good learning abilities
Motivated and ambitious to make a career in Human Resources
Good MS Office and basic computing skills. Spreadsheet and data analysis skills would be a plus
Well groomed and presentable personality
Ability to work in a fast pace, multi-tasking, and deadline oriented environment
Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment Skills
