To set high level initiatives to increase business profits and reduce costs while ensuring timely completion of projects
To oversee construction projects, risk management and legal matters, letters of agreement, contracts, leases and other related documents
Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities
To oversee administrative functions ensuring smooth daily operations
To establish company wide system and procedures for efficient reporting on matters related with project and financial control
To undertake any other tasks assigned by the management
