Business Analyst
Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
Create change control, sign off, user specs sign offs documents.
Create project plans for all our work, our dependencies and keep them up to date.
Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as Project Managers, Senior Developers etc to ensure smooth development of required system.
Create deliverables documents according to the Software Development Lifecycle such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation.
Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems. – Create training materials; Deliver training and communications.
Create project management standards and concepts document; prepare work estimates and work schedules.
Identify opportunities to leverage document management tools and processes to improve business processes. Participate in business re-engineering efforts related to the use of document management solutions.
Skills Required
Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communications and presentation.
Strong understanding of systems architecture and technology related to document management.
Strong understanding of document management and records retention business processes. Proficient with MS Office, MS Visio and MS Project.
Ability to work cross functionally and to rapidly learn and adapt to new business processes, technologies, and environments.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Self driven, goal oriented individual with positive attitude.
