Branch Manager Job In Advans Pakistan Microfinance Bank Karachi
The Branch Manager will be responsible to deliver relevant financial services to a growing clientele of micro/small and medium sized enterprises, while adhering to a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and guidelines, in order to minimise operational risks.
He/she shall manage a team of +/- 10 staff, support them in their field and back office duties, and ensure that they effectively developed and maintain excellent relations with the clientele and environment of the branch. He/she shall consistently be present on the field.
The Branch Manager shall demonstrate:
Commercial and financial analytical skills, in order to meet objectives (quantitative and qualitative)
Communication skills, professionalism and dynamism
Ability to anticipate, identify, and analyse issues that may hamper the development of the branch
Ability to ensure a regular and transparent reporting
Good command of English and Urdu.
Masters Degree Holder in the field of Finance / Marketing / Sociology
Required Working Experience
2 – 4 years work experience in the area of banking, microfinance or trade/business involving the development of a clientele and the management of a commercial team.
