    Personal summary

I have a professional passion to be an educationist with a strong belief in the power of knowledge and the spirit of sharing; which has been the most utilitarian purpose to serve. I learn through sharing and to share the learning became the biggest objective of my life.

With this ambition, I pursued my career by receiving first-hand experience of group management, team leadership, project handling as well as interpersonal skills and flamboyant communications. I remained engaged in motivating the unwilling students and inspiring the willing ones to aspire for pre-defined objectives.

I completed my Masters in Business Studies to understand the paradigm shift; how to manage change and modern trends and techniques to manage emerging challenges of globalization. This helped me in putting the pieces together to develop a more defined leadership vision, which was to promote the idea of sharing and learning through co-workers at all levels of organizational hierarchy.

I remained a Teacher at elementary level, later taught students of Cambridge and got an opportunity to head in a few educational institutions. In pursuance, to demonstrate leadership in dynamic environment led me to become National Coordinator of the Intel Science and Engineering Fair. I discovered new horizons and ceased opportunities to demonstrate the lead role to deal with challenges like uncertainty and immediacy of action.

I have a strong desire to practice and demonstrate management skills and leadership qualities yet at a more dynamic, challenging and bigger platform so that the outreach of objectives is possible.
