Assistant Manager RE & SA North Job In Telenor Islamabad
To plan and implement construction, development and O&M projects / activities of Administrative, Commercial and Technical Buildings in the region
Area of Interest:
Civil Works, Network Operations
Minimum 8 years in the building Construction projects and O&M activities
Managment and Supervision of Regional Construction & Development Projects.
Monitoring and Supervision of Regional Operation and Maintenence Activities.
Preparation of Financial & Technical Proposals for Regional Projects.
Responsible for ensuring Optimum Quality, Cost and Time of Projects.
To provide Support, Tools and Skills to Team, in achieving Goals.
Meeting and Co-ordination with Design Consultant, in-house Client and Management.
Co-ordination with Contracts and Procurement Department w.r.t issuance of Purchase Orders, Contract Finalization, Change orders / Variances etc.
Co-ordination with Internal Customers and Stake holders.
Co-ordination with Vendors, Building Owners etc.
To ensure Implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control measures.
Support for Preparation of RFQs and General SOWs.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
Construction Experience of Construction & Development projects.
Knowledge & Experience of Project Management Techniques
Preparation & Presentation of Financial & Technical Proposals for Regional Projects.
Knowledge and experience of buildings O&M
Knowledge and Experience of HSE requirements
